I was chased by a rottweiler when i was 7 years old, the owner had short brick wall that did nothing to stop the dog, ( fyi to anyone who doesn't know, rottweilers can jump and scale fences and walls). If that man didnt come outside and call to his dog i dont think i would still be alive.
